I know some of you at first thought it was a baby.. lol. But come on guys, would you eat this cake? 

As moi, no matter how sweet this cake is I'd never have a bite, its just too inappropriate. The cake  was actually made for a baby shower. Though I have to give credit to the baker for being really artistic but this is just straight bizarre...see more photos after the cut..
