 Is this possibly true? I hear this is real, but i was thinking it was something far back in the days

According to source, the boy is in Pakistan, and  was born with Proteus Syndrome that causes skin overgrowth and atypical bone development. He’s now 18 years of age with an abnormal life style. wow. sad. yet some persons who are very normal and healthy would still commit suicide saying God has forsaken them. Be careful for what you wish for, and be grateful to god for waht he has given you.
